It's nearly August, the height of summer, the month we all look forward to lolling around the garden, but in my world, I am already in the festive mood as the time approaches to stock-up the robins. I have to be very careful this Christmas, as I have a massive pagan Yuletide Fayre to plan and organise at the start of November. Summer is finally here – well, for a few days! June is my month off from crafting and creativity, where instead I maintain and potter around the garden, studying colour palettes and plant construction, which will become new card ideas once I start crafting again. What a brilliant day we had; our Beltane Fayre was an incredible success. The hall was stunning and smelt of huge bunches of lilacs I had picked, the soulful music of harps and flutes was perfectly played throughout the hall and the Maypole Cafe was absolutely delightful with its blue-checked tablecloths and potted bluebells and tulips.
